We’re a full service Emissions testing site
Emissions testing helps to identify pollution control devices that are malfunctioning and causing fuel waste. Detecting and repairing these problems can save on future repairs as well as reducing air pollutants.
The State of Connecticut requires emissions testing every two years on most passenger and light duty trucks. Exceptions include vehicles with weights over 10,000 lbs; vehicles four or less model years old; vehicles that are twenty-five years of older; and vehicles registered as composite or full electric-powered (non-hybrids). Further exempted vehicles can be found at www.ctemissions.com.
Our technicians take pride in providing this service and in working toward making Connecticut a more environmentally healthy place to live. We adhere to all test policies, guidelines and compliances. The fee for emissions testing is $20.
